Our goal is your complete satisfaction with any and all of our pieces. If you have any trouble with your piece during its lifetime, please contact us with details using the contact form. You'll be provided with instructions to return the piece to us for repairs. We can also help you find replacements for any stones damaged during normal wear; you'll be billed only the acquisition cost of the stones.

Since pieces are made to order, no refunds are possible. However, you may cancel your order up until our materials are gathered and we begin production. During this time, you may cancel your order and pay only a 15% restocking fee.
