We make your piece to order. Typically, the process of procuring materials, construction, and application of layered patinas will take 3 to 5 weeks. Due to the exclusivity and selectiveness of our materials, some pieces may be temporarily unavailable from time to time. You will be notified if this is the case.

Since pieces are made to order, no refunds are possible. However, you may cancel your order up until our materials are gathered and we begin production. During this time, you may cancel your order and pay only a 15% restocking fee.

Larger orders may require verification – typically a scanned copy of the first page of any credit card or bank statement, with your name and address on it. All other information can be blanked out. We’ll let you know if your order requires verification, and fully refund your purchase if you don’t wish to go through this inconvenience.

Once your order is complete, it will be express shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. You should expect your package within 2 to 5 business days, and will be provided with all tracking and confirmation information via e-mail or preferred contact method of your choice.
